1. Who we are
The controller of personal data is Buscardinal Digital Services, 27 Al Salam St — Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Contact: help@buscardinal.org.
2. What we collect
- Recharge form: 10-digit hafilat card number, chosen amount, category, optional card-holder name for Personal cards, optional email for the receipt.
- Payment: the payment processor collects card details on its own encrypted page. We receive only a payment reference, amount, and success/failure status.
- Support: messages you send us, plus contact details you include.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, pages viewed — for security and diagnostics only.
3. Why we use it
- To process a hafilat recharge you request.
- To send you a receipt when an email is provided.
- To handle refunds, nol card recharge inquiries, or other support cases.
- To protect the Service against fraud and abuse.
4. Retention
Transaction records are kept for the period required by UAE law, generally 5 years. Support messages are kept 24 months. Technical logs are rotated within 90 days.
5. Sharing
We share data with: payment processors (to complete a bus card recharge), the operator of the hafilat network (to credit the card), and — when legally required — public authorities. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
Under UAE data protection law and, where applicable, GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, or deletion. Write to help@buscardinal.org — we reply within one working day.
