How do I recharge my hafilat card here?
Open Recharge, type the 10-digit card number, pick an amount, then continue to the secure payment page and confirm.
How fast does a bus card recharge appear on the card?
Usually within minutes after a successful payment. The new balance becomes usable on the next reader tap — on a bus or at a station.
Can I top up bus card value without an account?
Yes. No signup, no login. The recharge form only asks for the card number, an amount, and — optionally — an email for the receipt.
Payments & fees
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard, issued in the UAE, charged in AED. Card details are entered on an encrypted payment page.
Are there fees or limits?
A bus card recharge is between AED 5 and AED 500. Any processing fee is shown upfront on the payment page — nothing is added silently later.
Do you take Amex, Discover or JCB cards?
Not at the moment. Only Visa and Mastercard are supported for a hafilat recharge here.
Refunds, failures & support
The bank charged me but the balance did not update.
Send the payment reference from the receipt to help@buscardinal.org. A confirmed nolcard topup or hafilat recharge always reaches the card once the payment clears — we will trace it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes for technical failures where the payment was captured but the card was not credited. See the Refund policy for the full detail.

Security & cards
Is it safe to enter card data?
Card data is entered on an encrypted payment page handled by the payment processor. The main site never sees the full card number, only the payment result.
Which UAE transit cards are supported?
Hafilat is the primary supported card. Nol card recharge inquiries are handled on request by our support team — just message us.
Where can I use the card after topping up?
On the public bus network operated across the Abu Dhabi Emirate. The card is tapped when you board — the fare comes off the balance you just added.
