Careful handling of card data during a bus card recharge

Payment card details are entered on an encrypted payment page and handled by the payment processor. The main site never sees your full card number.

Encrypted transport

Every page loads over HTTPS. Card details travel encrypted between your browser and the payment processor.

No full card storage

We keep only a payment reference and the top-up amount — enough to trace an order, nothing that could re-charge your card.

Data minimisation

The recharge form asks only for the 10-digit hafilat card number, an amount, and — optionally — an email for the receipt.

Simple safety checks for you

  1. Confirm the address bar says buscardinal.org — with the lock icon.
  2. On the payment page, expect only card number, expiry, CVV — nothing else.
  3. Keep the payment receipt: it carries the reference for any bus card recharge support request.
  4. Ignore anyone asking for the CVV over the phone or email — we never will.

Report something suspicious

If you see a page that looks like buscardinal on a different domain, or receive a message asking for a hafilat recharge outside our flow, forward it to help@buscardinal.org. We take reports seriously.
