1. About these terms
These terms govern use of buscardinal.org (the "Service"), an online tool for hafilat card top-ups operated by Buscardinal Digital Services from Abu Dhabi, UAE. By using the Service you accept these terms.
2. What the Service does
The Service accepts a hafilat card number and a top-up amount, redirects to a secure payment page, and sends the top-up to the operator so the card balance is credited. Nol card recharge and nolcard topup inquiries are answered on request by support.
3. What the Service does not do
- Issue or manage physical hafilat cards.
- Operate the Abu Dhabi bus network.
- Provide financial, investment or advisory services.
4. User obligations
- Provide the correct 10-digit hafilat card number.
- Use payment methods you are entitled to use.
- Comply with UAE law when using the Service.
5. Payments
All amounts are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Successful payments are non-reversible except as set out in the Refund policy.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may occasionally interrupt a bus card recharge. We aim to minimise disruption and post updates when needed.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any single top-up is limited to the amount of that top-up. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed buses, delays, or fare disputes) arising from operator-side issues.
8. Third-party marks
References to hafilat, nol, or other transit brands are used descriptively to identify the service context. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, the respective operators is implied.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The current version is always on this page with the last-updated date.
