If the top up bus card step gets stuck

Most issues come from a typo in the 10-digit card number or the wrong category. Try re-typing without spaces, double-check the front of the card, and pick the category that matches. If the balance still does not show up on the card within a few minutes of a confirmed payment, contact us with the payment reference from the receipt — a bus card recharge that clears the bank should always reach the card.
